How Krillion Scoring Rewards Rare Answers

Learn how Krillion scoring works, why valid rare answers go deeper, and how to choose answers without guessing at the interface.

Krillion scoring is built around a simple trade: a valid answer is worth more when fewer people would think of it. The daily game gives you seven timed prompts and compares each answer with a fixed reference prior. That prior stays locked for the board, so your result is determined by the answer you choose, not by when you submit it.

Start with answers you can defend. An obscure answer that does not match the prompt earns nothing, while a familiar answer can still build a useful score. The strongest choices sit between obvious and impossible: true, specific and less likely to be the first response.

The score tiers make the trade visible. Common answers stay near the surface, rare answers move the dive deeper, and the rarest accepted answers produce the biggest jump. Read each result as feedback about rarity rather than a verdict on whether you knew the subject.
